Privacy Policy

Your quiz includes your goal, age range, symptoms, cuisine, dietary exclusions and daily routine. Quiz answers, plan preferences and your coach conversation are stored in your browser. When you use the coach, your quiz profile and conversation history are sent to our AI service to generate a personalized reply. Please avoid sharing identifying details, medical records or other sensitive information.

We securely store emails and consent for optional newsletters, launch waitlists and guide requests; an optional name may be saved with a guide request. Contact enquiries include your name, email, subject and message. We also store limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including hashed submission identifiers, temporary access passes and error diagnostics.

We use information to personalize your plan and coaching, provide requested guides, respond to support enquiries, maintain access and prevent abuse. Product, PDF and launch emails require your separate opt-in. Sending a contact enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

We do not sell your email address. Emails and support messages are not publicly accessible. Hosting, secure storage, AI and future payment or email providers may process information necessary to deliver their services; processing may occur outside your country. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate: see our Medical Disclaimer.

Checkout is currently a demo and collects no payment. When live payments are enabled, payment details will be handled by the payment provider through its secure checkout. Do not send card numbers, passwords, PINs or one-time codes through the contact form or AI coach. CuraMeal does not collect card details in the current demo.

Browser storage keeps your quiz, chat history, checklist and popup preferences on this device. Clear it through your browser settings to remove locally saved information; doing so may reset your plan or access preferences. Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or technical logs. We do not currently run an app-installed advertising pixel or non-essential analytics tracker. If introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Contact info@getcurameal.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your request. Any future marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and dispute resolution; deletion requests are subject to those obligations. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already submitted to us or our service providers.
